ACAP is requesting proposals for environmental reporting and compliance documentation for a proposed 14 unit supportive housing development

ACAP is requesting proposals for environmental reporting and compliance documentation for a proposed 14 unit supportive housing development at 1 Edgemont Drive, Presque Isle, Maine.

The required documentation is:

  • Update Phase I Environmental Site Assessment dated October 25, 2021. The Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) determines whether the Site has Recognized Environmental Conditions (RECs), as defined by the ASTM International (ASTM) Standard E 1527-13, Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, and in compliance with the All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI) Rule.
  • If the updated Phase 1 confirms the presence of RECs on the Site, then produce a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment and provide recommendations, if applicable, following the testing results.

Documentation to be finalized by August 2022 to allow a six-month window for a planned financial closing. Prepare up to two reliance letters for funders.

Please send all proposals to Sherry Locke at slocke@acap-me.org. All bids must be received by May 25, 2022 at 4pm. The selected proposal will be notified by close of business on Friday May 31, 2022.
