Invitation to Bid (ITB)
Aroostook County Action Program (ACAP) invites bids (from contractors) to provide weatherization services on houses and mobile homes of income eligible clients residing in Aroostook, Handcock and Washington Counties. This work is part of ACAP’s federally funded Weatherization program.

NOTE: Bids and contracts must be received by Aroostook County Action Program at 771 Main Street, Presque Isle, ME 04769-1116 by 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 23, 2025 at which time and place the bids will be opened.
