The Aroostook County Action Program, Inc. (ACAP) Housing Services invites bids to provide weatherization materials (from vendors) as part of its Weatherization Program throughout Aroostook County. Materials must be available for pick-up within 5 miles of ACAP’s 771 Main Street, Presque Isle, ME location.

All interested parties are encouraged to attend an informational meeting at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 22, 2021, at the ACAP office at 771 Main Street, Presque Isle, Maine. This advertisement is subject in all respects to the terms and conditions contained in the Invitation to Bid.
Sealed bids must be received by ACAP at the 771 Main Street address by 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at which time and place the bids will be opened.
