This sale is on an “as is, where is” basis. Bids must be submitted for the vehicles in sealed envelopes and clearly marked “Vehicle Bid-Do Not Open” to:

The successful bidder must remove the vehicle at his/her expense by November 18th, 2023 at which time payment will be due in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK made payable to ACAP. The vehicle may be inspected weekdays, from 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the SAD #1 bus garage, 203 Parsons Rd. Presque Isle, Me. 04769. Closing date for bids is November 13, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. ACAP reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
