Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative

The Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiative (JDAI) works to reconnect youth who are involved with the Department of Corrections. Through a process of Restorative Practice, youth work with community mentors, complete community service projects, and participate in restorative circles that promote accountability and repair. Our coordinator is fully licensed and is available to promote Restorative Practice in the community, including schools, community groups, businesses, and organizations.
